Premixed condensing working principle

The air and gas are mixed in optimal proportions by means of servo proportional valves and premixed control technology to achieve uniform combustion on the surface of the metal burner to ensure efficient combustion and greatly reduce nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide emissions.

The cast aluminum heat exchanger combines the combustion chamber, the flue and the waterway, and has good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The upper burner is arranged so that the flue gas flows from top to bottom, and the water flow in the heat exchanger is a reverse flow from the bottom to the top, and sufficient heat exchange is performed to fully absorb the sensible heat and condensation released in the flue gas. Latent heat greatly reduces the temperature of exhaust fumes and achieves the goals of high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
